We will be resting for two days. No jam, no performance.
A good time to rest my voice.
I watched the channel where I can see her during commercials.
Was a good channel though, I’ve watched all day long.
I laughed when I saw our music video.
“wow it’s even played here.” I feels so proud of myself. Even though I kinda looked dumb at the end of that vid, coz I was like with the hand sign saying “call me”.
Haha.. I laughed my ass out.
Not for long since the next show started.
The show we were yesterday, still I can’t stop laughing when I saw the host, as I remembered how speechless she became when I nailed the “meeting with Almira thing”.
But that laugh, that smile it was replaced by tension when she introduced her guess for today.
It was the channel’s ambassadress, damn right, she’s Almira.
I’ve sweated for almost every minute on her interview.
“Yesterday, the world has been shocked by Paradox’s vocalist Yano Stifler’s statement about his demand to meet you. Tell about your thoughts about this. Were you surprised? Do you know him personally?, or was like the two of you met before?”
*this host, she always ask such obvious questions, of course she knows me. She’s slow, dammit.
“Well, first of all I do know him. But no I wasn’t surprised, I’ve been waiting for him to do something like this for the past weeks. I know his gutsy, and it’s funny how he deal with what I’ve said to him about our deal. Well, *coughs I met him two years ago and since then I became a fan of his guitar play.”
[haha, yeah right. Well said, you’ve won my world with that.]
“I see, so what does he mean when he said “meet me when you’re ready” is this have something to do with your “deal” whatever it is?.”
*I think she’s so slow… sigh. I’m feeling hopeless for this host.
Almira paused for a while and replied afterwards.
“I was crazy making him wait for so long since I personally wants to meet him up for so long too. It’s now my turn to make a statement.”
She sighed. I’m catching my breath. She smiled. I paniced!, then she said:
“Yano… I’m ready. Meet up with me.”
*woah…the butterflies, they’re in my stomach.
The host again was left speechless.
*I personally think the channel should replace her.
Darn my smile, I can’t stop it from reaching my ears.
Finally, the day came. All my hard work has paid off.
Maykel called me and congratulate me, same did my other bandmates.
My facebook acct was full of notifications again.
And that night, Almira sets up the date and as to where we will meet.
She send me the info as she finally accepted my friend request.
Woohoo! I’m laughing my ass hard… still can’t believe it…finally a chance.
A day after I saw a copy of a banner form her fan.

It’s really been fun time. Everyone wishes me luck.
When I walk outside people were like:
“You can do it!”
I’m so glad everyone is with me in this fight.
We even had a drink, the band and I.
They’re giving me their speculations, was a heck of a laugh trip.
Funny, even the news in local channels announced our meeting.
Even in yahoo! In youtube, fan’s reactions and speculations were like boomers.
I guess I had to be prepared.
Everyone counts on me…even my mother, for her future grand daughters.
“mom, this I promise you…someday Almira’s gonna be using our surname”.
After that I didn’t have much sleep.
For it’s finally the day. This is it!
The day I’ve been waiting for her has come!
